About Us

The Alpha Kappa Psi Building Corporation was founded in 1938 by 100 area alumni members. Our non-profit organization owns approximately sixty acres of land in Duluth, GA, about thirty minutes north of Downtown Atlanta. The property has a lodge with a large meeting room, full bathrooms, and a kitchen, multiple campsites, a picnic area with a built-in grill, and a twelve-acre lake. 

Amenities available on the site include:

• Fishing for large bass, small bass, and blue gill.
• Canoes and boats.
• Camp grounds with electric and water hook ups.
• Picnic area with covered barbeque pit.
• Lodge for meetings and group events.
• Land and floating docks for fishing and swimming.
• Membership Cookouts.

Area brothers are welcome to schedule a visit to our property or attend one of our Membership Cookouts. We invite area AKPsi Alumni Members to join our organization, dues are $325.00 annually (2018). Friends of AKPsi Alumni Members can also join as Associate Members by seeking sponsorship, from a AKPsi Alumni Member, and submitting dues of $400.00 annually (2018).
