Use of the online Reservation Form is required for groups between 10 and 65, and camping only. It ensures all the necessary information is provided to allow for expedited confirmation. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-service basis.
The online Calendar is kept up-to-date as much as possible. It should be used as a guide to determine availability. Reservations are not final until confirmed by the Reservation Manager.
The reservation fee is payable following your event. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will still be charged the reservation fee. No show will be considered cancellations.
Reservation Fee Structure*
$55 = 10 - 20 people
$85 = 21 - 40 people
$125 = 41 - 65 people
*Alpha Kappa Psi Chapters are free.
*Youth groups are half price.
*Campsite only are free.
Some reservations may require a deposit. The member will be notified of deposit, if any, upon confirmation.
Moving any fixtures, decoration, or signage without prior approval is strictly forbidden. Upon approval, it is required that the member will restore the property to its original design, or contract with Gary to do so at the member's expense.
Private events are those that wish to close the property to the rest of the membership, or request use of the entire property. They are possible at a rate negotiated with the Board of Directors. This rate is payable prior to the event. Tipping the caretaker is encouraged as private events require extra work.
Reservation space, and use of 2 club boats, is for the exclusive use of the member. The lake, docks, yard, trailer area, and restrooms are open to all members regardless of reservation.
Use of the porch and banquet hall are not available for reservations. Members with reservations can move their group to either in the case of poor weather.
Restrooms are open to all and their use is NEVER be restricted.
Reservation rules are in addition to the Property Rules.
The member scheduling use of the facilities is solely responsible for the group's conduct and must be in attendance the entire time the member's group and guests are on the property.
Consideration should be shown to the Caretakers and all other club members who may be using the property. Groups must vacate the premises no later than 10:00 P. M.
All areas used by a Group must be policed and cleaned up prior to leaving. All trash must be placed in the garbage barrels provided for such. Club boat must be returned to the proper area or the shore facing the dam, and flipped over to prevent from filling up with rain.
Use of club facilities is a privilege and may be denied to groups which fail to adhere to these rules or fail to conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner while on the property.
