Filming on the Property

The Alpha Kappa Building Corporation welcomes requests to use the property for commercial filming.  We require a contract outlining needs and terms, proof of insurance, and schedule.  

Pricing is negotiable.


The property has been used in the past to film scenes for the 2016 movie, The 5th Wave. Then in 2016 for a marketing commercial for Thermacell.  Please see below  for details.

 In January of 2015, The 5th Wave, filmed a few scenes on our property.  The movie opened in theaters in January of 2016

     In March of 2016, Thermacell​, filmed a commercial to be used on their website and for marketing purposes.
