Building & Grounds:
Tell me more about the building.
The building has 4 main sections:
The caretaker’s apartment is the section facing the trailers. It is a private residence.
The Board of Directors' room faces the campground. It is used for board meetings and storage of club property.
The banquet hall is located in the middle of the building. It contains restrooms, a kitchen (currently nonfunctioning), and the main banquet hall. Inside the hall there is a small supply of tables and chairs.
The front porch. This is the most used area due to the tables and rocking chairs.
Is there Wi-Fi on the property?
No. Most members use the property to disconnect from the digital world. We do get good reception for most cellular carriers.
Who owns the trailers? Can I leave my trailer on the property?
The trailers are owned my individual Alumni Members. Alumni Members may pay an annual fee, and petition the Board of Directors for permission to leave a trailer. We do not allow Associate Members to have trailers.
Can I store my trailer, boat, RV, or etc. on the property?
Out of respect for the look of the property, we do not allow for dry storage.
Can I camp on the property?
Yes. We have 2 campsites near the picnic area. They are considered primitive as they do not have power or water connections. Sleeping in the building is not allowed.
